"Greenery" has been chosen as 2017's color of the year

"Greenery" has been chosen as 2017's color of the year

This year the art world called it. Pantone has identified the color of the year for 2017--and it is "greenery".

Coincidentally, Ford brilliantly conceived and painted this magnificent original painting in 2016. "Quiet Euphoria" reveals his uncanny ability to foresee art and design trends with seemingly clairvoyant ease.

"Quiet Euphoria" (36"x60") embodies the guiding spirit of "greenery" as Pantone elaborates on why this serenely energizing color was chosen, and how it will influence art and design in 2017.

"A fresh and zesty yellow-green shade that evokes the first days of spring when nature’s greens revive, restore, and renew." Yes.
