While Ford is on vacation, we're sharing a few of his vintage works with you. "Early to Rise" (30"x40") is an early Ford Smith painting that radiates with tranquility and promise in it's brilliant simplicity. Offered from his personal collection, this is a rare original from the years that first launched his notable painting career (circa 2014).

Ford doesn't sell many paintings that he chose to keep, but we are releasing a few here and there so his more recent collectors have the opportunity to appreciate and participate in these beautiful, historic works from his oeuvre. As a artist who is continually challenging himself, seeing the timeline of his paintings is an exhilarating and thought-provoking experience. Enjoy!
